Hey guys!
I haven’t been slack i’ve just had a massive week with work! So again i’m doubling up this weekend!
I just done a massive arms session! Well not really but i am really feeling it! Its funny how i can work all week in such a physically demanding job constantly lifting climbing carrying pushing pulling and it feels like a workout but its all really just cardio and conditioning cause i last trained on sunday 6 days ago and my strength does not feel like its there, we really need consistency hey! Anyways!
I started off with 3 sets of pushes 25 a set
4 x 16 concentration curls 15kg
4 sets of 21’s curl bar 20kg
4 x 20 skullcrushers 8kg
4 x 8 hammer curl 20kg bit the last set i went to failure i dunno it may have been 18 reps i lost focus on that one!
Then i finished with 4 sets of 20 bench dips with a plate on my lap again pushing to failure on the last set!
Just picked up a leg curl machine so i may punch out some legs this evening not sure yet!

Hey my big brothers!
Yet another big day and still feeling this mornings arm sesh, triceps are torn to shreds so i did smash out some legs!
Had a big piece of rump for dinner and a bowl of penne with home made pasta sauce and fetta, let myself digest that and got into it!
Started off with a good ten mins of stretches
6 sets of 35kg leg extensions
2 sets of 23kg leg curls
2 sets of 30kg leg curls
2 sets of 36kg leg curls
I switched between leg extensions and curls each set and my rest time was as long as it took to walk from my shed, to where my leg curl machine is under my pergola and after that i jumped into 150 squats consecutively 50 normal 50 wide and 50 narrow and thats me ready for bed!
Only two or three days left on anavar and might start pinning twice a week for the mid stage of my cycle, i have noticed myself getting a bit aggressive especially at work so i’ve had to be mindful of that and other people so ill keep an eye on it!
