I’ve always been very active, grew up playing sports, very athletic, always worked hard physically demanding work long days big weeks, zero rest lol
Train at home generally always have! My father always did and he ran an FDIA gym when i was real young! Done a lot of core and body weight stuff for years but i changed training methods since i have been nursing Osteo in my shoulder for a couple years now!
Anyways..
I recently started a cycle of Test, 250 a week and Anavar 30mg a day, 1 pill every 8 hours!
I take milk thistle, Tudca, Fish oil, creatine monohydrate, Top nutrition extreme mass protein, vitamin C, and a collagen protein water..

I train most days after work and some mornings as well!
Todays efforts were!
4 sets of incline bench 40kg at 12 reps
4 sets of seated curls 16kg at 16 reps
4 sets of skull crushers 6kgs at 20 reps
1 set 50 dips
1 set 50 push up
And thats me nothing special but i get results!
See what tomorrow has in store i guess, cheers..

I ser calories are going to be the big one. Are you tracking food? At your weight and that activity level you’ll need a fair bit coming in if you want the Test/Var to do their job.

Yeah bro its really hard not to be in a deficit constantly! Last big cycle i done in 2022 i ate constantly smashed the shakes and bought a calorie supplement for aged care from the chemist lol got to 101kg with 20% fat! I am getting there

Big day! Off to work at 4 walked in the door 7:30 decided to train before i sat down otherwise i would not have got back up! Bit of back tonight! Ill attach..

The 250 test with 30mg var is a safe setup. Don't run the Var longer then 6 weeks. Biggest thing will be making sure you’re eating enough protein and calories to support the workload and the cycle. Will be following 👊

Yeah i thought so too! I am trying bro! Just eating mostly high protein and carb foods cause trying to consume more than i burn is so hard! Thanks man!

Week two! First post!
Been a bit worried about doing too much legs as i’ve some shit going on in my lower back and tweaking it kills my life at work for weeks if i do! So i did! FML lol
Kept it reasonably light, simple and very strict form but i think as soon as i started lunges i felt it, pushed through but didn’t hit everything id set out to do! Anyways, ill attach a screenshot of a brief summary of my session, hope you’re all killing it!

There's a lot there bro. I can't go as hard with legs. My knees are ****ed, basically have no cartilage.

Yeah i guess it wasn’t too bad my brother! And it was the first real leg session i’ve done in quite a while! I was used to doing massive leg sessions in years gone by so that was my reference point! My lower back has been playing up since i done that workout and ive been on the saw all week lol not nice! May need to try more seated leg days!
 
Morning my big brothers!
Just done my first session since monday! Definitely felt it! Especially given the fact i punched through each set with no rest time apart from swapping some plates to do the underhand bent over rows with the bar, which was only 40 seconds or whatever! I started with Arnold presses straight into bent over dumbell rows into the front raises for four sets no rest time, swapped the plates and done my rows on the bar well i lied i rested for ten to twenty seconds between each set of those! And that finished me up for the morning! I’ll be back with another post this evening! Have a good one fellas!

So here i am! Just done a quick arm sesh, supersetted the whole thing! Nearly fell asleep earlier after a feed, i bought a whole rump for 60 bucks the other day 4.7 kilo, good value! So i’ve been smashing steaks everyday quite happily lol anyways, hope you guys are good! Heres my shit..

Last post for week two! Big day, work early and i’ve still got the front of the wife's car to reassemble aka my work car lol just done a bit of chest tonight and took a couple photos which is embarrassing but I'm glad i did cause i’ll be able to see what improvements i’ve made in 6 weeks time, i will finish my Anavar this week so i’ll see what sort of impact that has whether i blow up in the following weeks or not anyways! Have a good one!
