Good question bro, but no not really… I spose it would be a good think to do, but I’m not going to compete so long as I’m feeling ok and full on the muscle system I’m happy bro.

Had a day off due to heat stroke.. bloody working in this heat up in Queensland can be harsh at times..
Leg day ended up being.. still building as always seems like in going to have joint and tissue damage due to my old career ..

Was a very good workout and a very hard one also for me and my current stage I’m with my legs..

I’ll admit, I did have a night on the piss the other night.. Thursday .. quite frankly I don’t give one shit what anyone thinks I’m still trying hard and plus I lived a life of perfect diet and sobriety for 20 years when I was a professional fighter … I didn’t go party I didn’t go out drinking. I didn’t do shit for 20 years so now it’s my time to take a break from all that and have a little bit of fun that I want.

I enjoy it

Diet has been on point still! Happy with that!

Miss pain this week due to been too busy at work for any about it with laziness but that won’t have a major affect ..

And a great shoulder session mixed in with some biceps of the day.. i’ve slowed up a little bit these days concentrating more on form, rather than just going full hell mode and repping it out. Hahah

Nothing too special, bro. Pretty stock standard but mostly machine work… so if I squat , I use a Smith machine rather than having floating weight over my back Line… eg….

Still the approach of trying to work new angles with new machines try and get the best concentration techniques thats possible

Well, I decided to have a few days off for us and it’s probably done the best for me as my body has reset my tiredness levels reset and also my hormone levels are reset too…

Last night I took the time to have a quiet night. Get my diet card loaded for this morning‘s workout and needless to say the pump was really good and I’m very happy.
