Approved Log New Member, Old fighter

As I’ve said many times above guys, my legs are very screwed from old injuries which I’m actually gonna have some fun posting at some my old injury photos to prove to you how bad my legs actually got at times from all the fights!

Just taking all my leg weights at the moment, slow lightweight and getting my legs back to a full range of motion.. has not being an easy task believe me

BARBELL SQUATS 12-15 reps 3 sets
LEG PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
LEG EXTENSIONS 12-15 reps 3 sets
LYING LEG CURLS 12-15 reps 3 sets
BARBELL LUNGES
50 Reps 1 set
CALF RAISES STANDING 12-15 reps 3 sets
CALF RAISES SEATING 12-15 reps 3 sets

All at a very low weight and very steady and controlled making sure that I’m going fook my legs up again hahah

Absolutely obliterated my shoulders tonight and I’m very happy with the result ..
After a few changes made over the last few weeks with training them, it’s coming finally..
Now in saying that I might not have the most impressive shoulders in the world, but for me it’s a great improvement and some development.

MILITARY SHOULDER PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
DB LATERAL RAISE 12-15 reps 3 sets
ARNOLD DB PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
DB FRONT RAISE 12-15 reps 3 sets
REAR DELT CABLE FLYS 12-15 reps 3 sets

Great pump and good is still pumping along good.

Light weekend with legs this week. Just cruising again and making sure form is good.
Few things on, on the weekend so diet was little hard to stick to but best I could.

SMITH MACHINE SQUATS 12-15 reps 5 sets
LEG PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
LEG EXTENSIONS 12-15 reps 5 sets
LYING LEG CURLS 12-15 reps 5 sets
BARBELL LUNGES 30 Reps 1 set
CALF RAISES STANDING 12-15 reps 3 sets
CALF RAISES SEATING 12-15 reps 3 sets

Running test, Mass and now I have introduced Anadrol in a small portion.. will keep updating on it..

Load some carbs this week as I’m feeling flat
 
Now in saying that I might not have the most impressive shoulders in the world, but for me it’s a great improvement and some development.
Shoulders are looking good bro. One of my fav body parts.What I do is focus on a mix of compound and isolation exercises. I normally start with overhead presses like the barbell or dumbbell press. Then I add in lateral raises to target the side delts for width. Front raises can also help the front delts pop and rear delt flys to balance things out. Personally I aim for heavy weight on presses and higher reps on the raises. You can also mix it up with Arnold presses for variety.

Sounds like a good combo bro. I tend to mix it up to but I’ll try the combo you mentioned ..

Another good day on the shoulders, have been working hard on pushing my reps up rather than going for weight with shoulders lately. The results have been pretty good and I’m starting to get extra blood flow and extra volume which I’m enjoying.

Few little tweaks I’ve got at the moment with my shoulder so it’s handy that I’m going low but still working out well..

diet hasn’t been on point as normal lately but still good and clean. Just a little stress going on at the moment so once I finishes our balance it all back out.

For the good pump with the above workout and looking forward to the rest of the week to finish off strong..

Good pump this morning as it went back to a chest routine … Once again concentrating on more reps rather than heavy loads..

Starting to experiment with a few different chest machines and really enjoying the different angles I’m hitting…

I need to start doing my own IV... gets way too expensive at the clinics and the inconvenience

Love that combination of exercises. From reading your past posts you don't go too heavy but do you progressively overload?
