Approved Log New Member, Old fighter

Or I get back into the swing of things starting to get some development back again now that I’ve got some routine going again..
Shoulders just today with a little bit of a few sets of leg extensions just to chuck in a bit extra..

I don’t think at this time you will talk about diet because it’s not the best, but it’s still not as bad as what most people are..
I try to eat reasonably clean all the time and make sure I’m doing the right things..

SMITH MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS
12 reps 4 sets
SIDE LATERAL RAISE
12 reps 4 sets
BENT OVER REVERSE FLYS
12 reps 34sets
PLATED FRONT RAISES
12 reps 4 sets
UP RIGHT ROW
12 reps 3 sets
BARBELL SHRUG
12 reps 3 sets

Still have to get through New Years but won’t be doing much hahaha

Nice workout brother. New year is round the corner so I think alot of people will be getting into clean eating back to routine.

Nothing major bro. Trained this morning, keeping to self just with misses an prob have few beers at home, haha old man…

To be honest I had a few days off…

Been saying in this forum for long time now, how my legs are f%%ked from fighting all the years and few days ago almost ended up in hospital with compartment syndrome .. was bad..
knew I had some old injuries, but this come at me hard and unexpected… but this sorta was a worrie cause I went completely black in my legs ..
Was thinking I might have to hospital as I’ve seen some BADDDDD cases of it.. but so far so good. Doc said to do a few things but yeh, was little a worried for a bit, just keeping eye on it..

That doesn't look good bro. I'd keep an eye on that 100%

Sorted up a little over the break but as we all know, it will come back no problem..
just like to stay firm and now blow out, which I didn’t, but yeh I’m not a solid as I usually am.
So, on we go and good to have goals.
