Good pump this morning as it went back to a chest routine … Once again concentrating on more reps rather than heavy loads..

Starting to experiment with a few different chest machines and really enjoying the different angles I’m hitting…

FLAT DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS
INCLINE BARBELL PRESS
INCLINE PLATE PRESS
PECK DECK FLYS
PUSH UPS
TRICEP PUSH DOWN
SKULL CRUNCHES
OVERHEAD ROPE EXTENSION

All where 12 reps 4 sets

Back on my good food bag wagon, trying low carbs and clean and keep the carbs low again today and for the rest of the week

Test e, mass and HGH

Also had a good IV session for myself on the weekend where I had myself with the IV drip and I’m the total of three bags

Another good day on the grind..
Shoulders today along with a little bit of arms to finish off. I’m still keeping the higher range with arms and shoulders only time I might lower my range as I’m doing a major muscle group like legs chest or back.

Still running my usual test and mass but I think the HGH is kicking in now as my misses said I have a “Glow” to me now hahaha

Diet is back on point and still sticking to primarily carnivore but mix it up on occasion

Had a few days off flat cause I wanted a break from it all it’s been refreshing and really good.

Just been cruising along sticking to my usual routine making sure my diet still doing well..

Now introduced Anadrol into my stack it so we’ll see how that goes

Overall a good workout.. just in a cruise phase at the moment I’m trying to do new crazy just keep my size that I’ve got


I’ve also just purchased a new mushroom therapy mix, which I’m really interested to try as I’ve heard a lot of good things about them. Anyone’s interested. I’ll keep them posted.

Read up a lot about it and everyone’s raving about it so I’m very keen to give it a go

As much as I hated not being able to train, you forget how good a decent break from the gym can be hey. Come back refreshed, strong and motivated. Just the mental game that kills me lol.

Keen to see/hear how you go with Anadrol bro! It’s something I’ve got in mind for next cycle so eager to see what I can do!!

Spent some time at my old gym while I was away on holidays for a quick workout..
Actually no structure to it just through weights around and a whole body workout. It was a great session. Had a good sweat and happy with it.

Foods off point at the moment because I’m on holidays but totally don’t care as it’s just good to see family and catch up with everyone…

Chuck a little cardio routine in there as well, which everyone is welcome to try as I’ll post it down below as well..

If you happen to give the cardio a routine a crack, let me know how you go!

Okay, ripped out a back session last night along with some triceps as well to finish off..

Four exercise exercises on back and three exercise on triceps. Nice and simple high repetition and minimum four sets on each exercise.

Just starting to get back into my training after a good earned break with family for a week and of course after the first night it hurts like hell hahshs

I’m enjoying it after a week off, being back in the gym as I feel refocus. I’m pushing my workouts hard which is good also. Feels good..
