Had a few days off flat cause I wanted a break from it all it’s been refreshing and really good.
Just been cruising along sticking to my usual routine making sure my diet still doing well..
Now introduced Anadrol into my stack it so we’ll see how that goes. Mainly doing it for some size but I never used it before so I’ll see the benefit's..

Feeling pretty good but I’m about to go back home for a holiday with family so take some time off for three or four days over that period too.
Also really excited to start trying out this mushroom mix with lines mane and other goodness in it.
