Middle Age and Need to move fat in mid section

Hey all, I’ve read the threads available on this. I’m a 56-year-old man. Been back training for 4 months and just finished a test cycle. Sus and Deca: 300 ml / 1 ml each a week. 10
Weeks. . My muscle
Groups have responded well in strength and size. Outside of a tendon injured in my elbow, which I decided to train through. I can’t for the life of me move fat on my stomach and hips. I walk for an hour every day. My diet is designed to bulk without excessive carbs and calories. The obvious thing to do is go into a calorie deficit. Though the trade-off is that I lose size. A lot. There is a compound I Cant remember the full name of. Starts with R. Does it work? Appreciate your thoughts. Cheers Ty

The fat around the stomach and hips is usually the last place it moves. Very normal when coming off a bulk cycle to hold a bit of bodyfat and water. Unfortunately no magic compound that'll fix that without the basics. Fat loss is the simple and come comes down to consistent calorie deficit over time.

You're thinking of is Retatrutide, yes this will help for sure.

Thanks for the advice mate. I'm going to hit another 12-week bulking cycle. Get as big as I can. Then cut. I was going to run 350 ml 1 ml a week of sus and decal. Then add trembolane. What do you think? Apologies I am not assuming you take the test. I was going to do the Sus, Deca and Primo. Though Primo seems a little middle of the road and I want to blow up. I've been thinking for months about tren though if only half of what people say are the side effects I figure at my age its not worth it. I was also told by a mate who's a lifetime bodybuilder and physician that at 57 it's a waste of time taking any more tests than 600ml / 1 ml a week. As my receptors can't absorb more. I've been doing the scientific research on this though I can't confirm it. Have you heard of this? Thanks again for responding and reading my post brother 👍👊🏽
