Back last night..

Been trying different machines just for different squeeze and pull on the muscle …

Food still good, but have put carbs back in the AM for blood sugar levels and energy

Test E and Mass at moment … 1.25 each a week

Hey lads, how you going? I took a little break for a little while but I’m back here to show some of my progression.
Been concentrating a lot on food and also making sure I’ve got plenty of routine in the week two week processes..

Running small Test E and Mass and little pep’s..
Not huge mils has it been training for a long time and my goal is not to be a bodybuilder. It’s just to keep active as my long fight careers broke my body in half. Hahaha

Was Chest today but I’ll show some progression shots as I ain’t been on here for while

please remember, I’m a natural ECTOMORPH so building and keeping weight on takes some hard work..

had a really good workout. Everything‘s been on point but it is about to enter the silly season so I’m tending to take a week off. Maybe I’ll see how I feel.

How are you liking the test/mast combo so far?

BPC 157 will be great for your recovery and healing especially for joint pain and inflammation.
So good bro.. helps heaps..

So working back on my legs.. so as above that vid of how my legs are still F%%ked up above that was last week… so yeh i have to take it little easy on my knees and work harder on high reps..

once again, as I’ve always said I’m not fussed about how they look as they can still kick a body in half hahaha but always good to train all muscle groups.
. (I’ll add photo of one of my body kcks, and also video of me snapping a baseball bat). Just for some fun 😃🤷‍♂️

Merry Christmas all and hope ya had a good one..

Only just getting back into training after a week of relaxing plus eating whatever I want plus also having some alcohol..
So needless to say yes I did lose some conditioning and yes I did lose some hardness but that’s okay. It’s that time of year and having a break is good for the mind and also more importantly good for the body.
