Was up and at it very early this morning, 88.5 at wake up so new low, goal is to flatten me out for the next week and im feeling it already ut gotta trust whats being done… im hungry but mindset is king here, condition will improve doing this. Next jab tomorrow. 2 weeks on the money till we try and boss show number 1. Wanna walk away with the overall, anything else doesnt matter.
The weight will shift but the supplies from gearmaniac will hold tissue. Time to get freaky

New low 88 this morning. Felt like a flat ****er this morning, but grinded out the session and it was pretty good by the end. Looking forward to rest day tomorrow though not going to lie.
