Hey guys, I'm seeking some advice and feedback on my current situation.

Background: I'm 27, 175cm, and have been training for a while. I was 132kgs about 2 years ago, but after getting on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 2 years (1ml Testosterone Enanthate per week) using Gearmaniac's products from Australia, I dropped down to 105kgs. I have to say, Gearmaniac's Testosterone Enanthate was of the highest quality, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. The energy levels, libido, and overall sense of well-being were all through the roof!

I decided to come off TRT about 5 months ago (last injection was July 28th, 2024) and have been trying to optimize my natural testosterone production ever since. I've been injecting approximately 20,000iu of HCG over the past 5 months.

Current stats: I'm now at 97.5kgs and aiming to get to 85kgs while preserving as much muscle mass as possible.

Lab results from about a month ago:

- Total Testosterone: 12.3 nmol/L
- SHBG: 23 nmol/L
- Free Testosterone: 299 pmol/L

I just did another blood test and will post the results in 2-3 days.

Looking for feedback on my progress, and any advice on how to further optimize my natural testosterone production and reach my goals. Has anyone else had experience with coming off TRT and transitioning to natural testosterone production?

Could you share some details about the foods and training that helped you on this journey?

Just took around 1600iu of hcg from gearmaniac

Will blast 1500-2000iu a week for 4 weeks lets see what my bloods will be at in 4 weeks time
