Starting to eat a lot healthier dropped tren down to 200mg and test down to 500mg stopped dbol

To fix muscle imbalances you need to start with unilateral moves like single arm rows or single leg squats to make sure both sides pull their weight. Hit the weaker side with a few extra reps or sets to catch it up. Focus on form and mind muscle connection - feel that weaker muscle working. Stick with these for a while and be patient, like anything it won't happen overnight.
Good advice @darkHORSE just gota do the extra takes time & patience

@Sph I'm pretty sure you did tren before, how did you go back then and what dose were you taking?
I was running 400 tren 1500 test and it was horrible I couldn’t walk around if there were people it would skitz me out to much I’ve lowered my current cycle to 200 tren and I’m doing heaps better I can go out and hang out with mates

At 18 you need to take it really easy with the juice. Do you have any medical conditions where your body isn't producing enough Testosterone?

It's a big improvement ... @Sph had some crazy numbers before.

You're better off ditching the tren brother.
Yeah I’m thinking about removing it and trying some different compounds I’ve been thinking about hopping on Decca I wanna add sus I’ve been on it before and really liked it I might add some mk as I didn’t see many results with dbol if you have any compounds I should think about adding please let me know

@Sph Can you post your foods? and are you tracking to see if you're reaching your daily cals?

The foods are where the magic happens brother.
I don’t track my cals but I’m gonna start meal prepping soon so when I start that I’ll start posting meals

My fitness pal is great for tracking brother dont need the premium but is worth it if you get serious about your tracking
