Full stack is such an ego boost![]()
How long have you been running the 500mg test a week for?Weekly tracking looks pretty happy too, no huge weight change. Seems to have plataued a bit after an initial jump along with the calorie increase.
Need to start thinking about whats next and will need some help, how long to cruise for, if I do another cycle do I just .500mg again, or considering a lack of sides do I bump it up more?
10 weeks at 250mg a week and about 6 at 500mg and the plan is for another 4.How long have you been running the 500mg test a week for?
Sounds like a good plan, though, technically my TRT/cruise dose was about 125mg, when I jumped to 250mg I meant to jump to 500mg but I'm bad a simple math. but if 250 is considered a cruise dose I might just drop back to that, at least until I get the bloodwork request from the TRT clinic anyway. After the 10 weeks is good at 500 mg, I'd drop back to your usual cruise dose 250 mg. Then when you’re ready see how you feel and check your bloods as sometimes you might not notice sides, but things could still be shifting internally.
The blood results and health markers will give you a clear picture on where your at and helps you decide if you want to bump it up for the next blast. I'd wait till them before you make any calls.
Sounds like a plan, I'll give that 4 weeks to settle in when it's time and do bloods and reassess.Yeah for sure, 125mg a week would be much better if you're comfortabe with that, split it across 2 pins a week... that's more TRT territory![]()
More is not always betterSounds like a plan, I'll give that 4 weeks to settle in when it's time and do bloods and reassess.
Absolutely, I had pretty good results on 250mg, and I'm pretty sure that's not even considered much of a cycle.More is not always better![]()
I can seeAbsolutely, I had pretty good results on 250mg, and I'm pretty sure that's not even considered much of a cycle.
See my brain knows all this, and knows this kind of stuff takes time, yet I still get frustrated at how long it's taking.I can see
Your approach to your transformation is smart. You’re taking it slow, staying consistent and doing all the right things. That’s exactly how you build long term results.
