Between deload week and low motivation today I cbf getting all my gear on and setting up for squats so I switched to just leg press. Other than that a pretty easy deload session.
4 week evolt scan this morning, was a little worried about the diet break but it turns out even my fat ass can't out eat a basic test stack.
According to the scanner gained 4kgs of muscle and only 200g of fat. I'll take that as a complete win, even if it's a little inaccurate.
Smashed out Fridays deload workout too. Now off for a high protein breakfast.
Chatgpt says that the 4kg is more likely 3kg of water lol
Based on how the bio impedance scans work.
But I haven't gained fat which is the important part.
