Only automation is upping reps/weight. The only exercises are from me changing things when I feel like something different or equipment is in use.

Saw this app the other day that syncs with your Apple Watch where it automatically tracks your workouts based on what you're doing. Looked pretty cool if it does it properly.

Nice looks pretty good. Apple only at the moment though which is disappointing. Would be great for when I lift heavy enough I forget how to count.

I read the reviews on the App Store and saw a few shitty ones saying its somewhat clunky. I always scroll the bad reviews :)
 
Routine is (y)(y) If you ever feel like mixing it up a bit with cables, you can chuck in some hammer curls or even a few sets of isolated bicep curls with DBs. Good way to hit the arms from a different angle. Just something to keep in the back pocket. You’re doing really well with these updates.
