Saw this app the other day that syncs with your Apple Watch where it automatically tracks your workouts based on what you're doing. Looked pretty cool if it does it properly.Only automation is upping reps/weight. The only exercises are from me changing things when I feel like something different or equipment is in use.

Always like to throw in DB hammersRoutine isIf you ever feel like mixing it up a bit with cables, you can chuck in some hammer curls or even a few sets of isolated bicep curls with DBs. Good way to hit the arms from a different angle. Just something to keep in the back pocket. You’re doing really well with these updates.
