Glad I saw the same, I've bumped up my omega-3 supplements and am considering actually eating some fish. No alcohol, but I do smash the sugar free softdrinks, not quite the same but I probably need to up my water intake.
Pretty conflicted on the Test front, the roidsafe dr I had a chat with strongly suggested reccomended going down the official TRT route with my local GP (booked an appointment but it's weeks away), however, I have my first cycle of test in the mail. Now I'm not sure if I should hold off on that and investigate TRT or continue with my cycle as planned. Getting recommendations from both fronts, TRT might phone in a low dose, or not pescribe me anything (don't have most of the main symptoms, but tick the boxes for a bunch that I've always just lived with for as long as I remember), but also might be all I need to push through this last bit of bodyfat. but then, I've already got the test on the way, might as well use it? likely have a stronger effect than any TRT, then if cycle all goes well, see where my test sits after PCT? Investigate TRT for the long term then?
