Notes:
Average weekly weight this week was 87.3kg. Down 600g from last week. Happy with that.

I have my first coached posing session this afternoon. I have been getting in 3-4, 20-minute sessions over the last few weeks. I'm confident, but I'm guessing I still have a lot of technicalities to learn. Will find out in an hour 😂

I mentioned yesterday I would drop to 2400 cals this week, but will actually drop to 2300 -

06-02-26 This morning's leg workout

Notes:
Got another early one in this morning, but have only just had time to post it now. Hamstring/glutes/adductors focused with a touch of quads at the end.

I'm going extra hard on leg days to try and keep some size. My weights and reps are still where they need to be, and measurements haven't dropped off too much, but wouldn't want to lose anymore.

08-02-26 - 9 Weeks to go

Notes:
Week 10/19 done. Weight is continuing to drop this week. Daily weights are looking like I will drop 800-900g, but I will post a final weight tomorrow. I have had a large workload lately, but overall feeling good, stress levels are ok, and sleep is still good. I am still on speaking terms with the better half, so I must be managing it ok!

Weekly calories will stay at 2300/day for the upcoming week.

Fat burner and PED adjustments for the week

Clen will come back in at 40 mcg/day. I will drop tren out for 2 weeks to give the CNS a rest and bring var in at 30mg/day. This will be a 2-week adjustment with tren back in for the last 7 weeks.

Test E - 800mg/week
Mast - 500mg/week
Anavar - 30mg/day
Clen - 40mcg/day

Average weekly weight this week was 86.5kg. Down 800g from last week.

I will be interested to see how the body responds to the removal of tren for 2 weeks and the introduction of var. I wasn't feeling any unmanageable sides from the tren, but I thought it wise to give it a small break, and not run it for 19 weeks straight. Hopefully, var fills the gap...

Daily calories to stay at 2300 this week - with long days at the moment, I'm starting to feel the hunger....might need to get on the reta train!

11-02-26 Today's pull workout

Notes:
Third Wednesday in a row with a pull day in the home gym. I'm actually enjoying home sessions at the moment, not having to navigate the Jan/Feb gym crowd.

Everything is cruising at the moment. Very much in the routine and seeing results. I still have a few fat pockets on my lower stomach and back - can see in pics, but its definetly moving in the right direction. Should be able to pull it all together over the next 8/9 weeks. In the right lighting, vascularity is starting to pop, very happy to see my lat veins become more obvious.

15-02-26 - 8 Weeks to go

Notes:
Week 11/19 done. Currently feeling great, mood is high, sleep is mostly good, and stress levels are low. Life is always busy, but manageable.

Weekly calories will stay at 2300/day for the upcoming week.

Fat burner and PED adjustments for the week

Clen will increase to 60 mcg/day. I haven't noticed any change in strength and gym performance, removing tren and adding var last week. Would say with the long ester, the tren is still lingering significantly enough. Will reintroduce next week. The reintroduction of var last week has given me great pumps this week. Will leave in orals now for the remaining 8 weeks, will run var week 8-5 and will swap out for winny week 4-1.

Am contempating whether to swap out test e for test p, a month out, so can pull test in the lead up to the comp if water retention is an issue, but am rethinking this. I don't really want to create too many variables and will try to maintain some level of hormonal stability in the coming weeks.
