Hey everyone,

25 M - Australia - 3-4 Years Training Consistently - Well Balanced Diet - Training Consistently 6-7 days - Just had full bloods done today.

I’ve been doing a lot of research before starting my next cycle and wanted to get some constructive feedback or hear experiences from anyone who’s combined these compounds.

My goal is steady muscle gain with controlled estrogen and minimal water retention (although it will be expected)

Here’s what I’ve come up with 👇

Cycle Overview

Duration: 15 weeks

  • Goal: Lean muscle + steady strength gain
  • Base: Testosterone Enanthate
  • Support: HCG (if required) + AI (if required) + health supplements
  • PCT: Standard protocol (starting Week 17)
Dosing Plan ( Progression)

Weeks 1–2:

  • Test E — 200 mg/week
  • NPP — 100 mg/week
  • Boldenone (EQ) — 150 mg/week
  • Turinabol — 20 mg/day
  • HCG — none
  • Arimidex — 0.25 mg twice weekly
Weeks 3–6:

  • Test E — 250 mg/week
  • NPP — 150 mg/week
  • EQ — 200 mg/week
  • Tbol — 20 mg/day
  • HCG — 500 IU/week
  • Arimidex — 0.25–0.5 mg twice weekly
Weeks 7–10:

  • Test E — 300 mg/week
  • NPP — 175 mg/week
  • EQ — 250 mg/week
  • (No Tbol)
  • HCG — 500 IU/week
  • Arimidex — 0.5 mg twice weekly
Weeks 11–13:

  • Test E — 300 mg/week
  • NPP — 200 mg/week
  • EQ — 250 mg/week
  • HCG — 500 IU/week
  • Arimidex — 0.5 mg twice weekly
Weeks 14–15:

  • Test E — 250 mg/week
  • NPP — 150 mg/week
  • EQ — 200 mg/week
  • HCG — 500 IU/week
  • Arimidex — 0.25–0.5 mg twice weekly
  1. How well does NPP + EQ synergize in practice — any interference or benefits you noticed?
  2. What week would i be required to take bloods again and is there anything specific i should be checking apart from the basics.
  3. Any tweaks you’d make to the HCG or AI timing?
  4. Any thoughts on PCT process or any other recommendations or compounds to add ?

Everything looks fine to me. Only tweaks I'd say is don’t ramp up with EQ and NPP weekly doses (just pick and hold the dose from week1) ramping every few weeks just drags things out without big benefit. They run well together. NPP keeps you full and strong and EQ helps appetite, endurance and nice gains. No clash. Just keep an eye on bp and hematocrit.You could also consider pushing the EQ closer to 400mg from week 1, look into it. Start HCG early and run it through entire cycle. Only use ai if needed. Start PCT Week 18 not 17 with Clomid and Nolva. Throughout your cycle include TUDCA/NAC, Fish Oils and do bloods around week 8. Check test levels, E2, HCT, lipids, liver, kidney..the works.

thank you so much for this shazza, really appreciate the insights and will take this on with the EQ and NPP. I'm happy that someone said to hold the doses as i was having second guesses with the ramping.

regarding the HCG would you recommend starting from week 1 or week 2? also is 500 IU/week sufficient?

i will be keeping an eye out for symptoms developing in case i must use the AI.

Will get bloodwork every 8 weeks. Hopefully the doctor allows me to get my preferred markers otherwise i must go the private panel route. (doctor gave me full panel prior to starting my cycle)
