So heading in to the gym in my own little world today, headphones on grooving to my tunes, I scan my pass and head to the deadlifting and leg section of ny gym
As i begin to walk in to this area i notice a rather larger well tattooed unit of a man preforming very heavy pengulum squats
As i got almost parallel to him and the machine he stops and very quickly almost jumped out infront of me
Running through my head all I could think of was i have walked through this guys video and now his gonna wanna kill me.

Any way this week have dialed back max deadlift weight but added 20kg to each set moving up
