Had told myself i was going to have weekend off and rest then my body work me up at 4am and was like you lazy man get up and go to the gym.

Normally I would not train Sunday as is day of rest and church with the family

But I know this coming week is going to be hectic and Monday training is definitely off the table.

So chucked in a good morning workout.
Now might nit seem overly impressive but I am proud of myself i managed 3 reps of 90kg (including bar) on incline bench press this morning working my way up to 100kg incline as a goal

I know many will think its "sub optimal " but I love what it has developed in to.

I never train when I am rushed so I just take my time and my goal is just to be the most jacked daddy in the school pickup line not to step on stage or compete in anything other than my daddy is stronger than your daddy battles

But I do love when others find it interesting

Can you donate blood when on gear?
Yes is recommended by my trt clinic to do it every 12 weeks helps keep red cell count and bp down

Hardly ever get a progress or body pic i feel that looks impressive so was stoked when it worked
 
Ugh i remember today why i train at 6am or earlier.
Thought I wouldn't be able to train today with some life duties to complete but then a change and went yes good idea let's train at 1pm

My gosh was I wrong a gym full of 14 to 18yr stringer wearing influencer sam sulky imposters ahhh lord help me

Being a father of teen girls genuinely sucks some days! Had one of them nights last night as a father I felt like ripping every limp off my child and holding her tight both at same time.

Looking great there, wish we could trade genetics, my chest grows but my arms don't
I found mine took off doing heaps of low weight high rep Set at home i have 5kg weights and will do super set of hammer to normal curls 15 to 20 reps and get 5 to 8 sets across my day when working

Now I have moved up to 10kg weights and do the same across my work day at home
