Think calves are like delts and biceps you can really abuse them heaps and need it to simulate growthI think I'd need to train mine 4x a week to get them to grow, almost worth being 115kg![]()

I totally get what you mean. I had the same issues with barbells, always felt like I was juggling between balancing and lifting. I can load up more plates and have so much more control. This let's me just focus on pushing with my chest and squeezing the top and if I wanna load up more weight heavier weight I don't kill my self if I fail
We all get those days.Had absolutely zero want to be in the gym today unsure why
