Knocked out a great Monday post deload week. Hit some good progression.

Good workout today, locked in for the last 4 weeks of the comp. I'm starting to think about what's next, might clean bulk for the rest of my cycle, then reassess progress then. The final bodyscan for the comp will help my decide what to do, one more this Friday and then another on the final comp Friday so I can really track the progress I've made.

The biggest challenge with this competition is that planning effectively for 17 weeks can be quite tough.

I'm wrapping up my deficit this weekend and transitioning into a reverse diet phase with 4 weeks to go. While it's not the most ideal situation, I recognise the need to approach it conservatively until the competition concludes.

I believe that progress photos can provide valuable insights and help guide our next steps. Wishing you the best of luck!

Decent day of food. Starting to feel a cold coming on though, trying to decide if I push through to the gym anyway, but worried about making it worse and need days off around last days at the current job and starting the new one this week. Might give today a skip and play tomorrow by ear.

Did the thing I hate most and skipped the gym today, coming down with a cold/flu at the worst possible time. Need to hold it off for a couple more days and then get over it before next week. 😅
