Normal routine was ruined by a middle of the day job interview, but can't let that be a good enough excuse to skip the gym so I left work early to get it in. Thank God for flex time.

It's always interesting going to the gym after school and watching half a dozen broccoli haired teens crowd around one machine to ego lift 🤣
 
What app do you use to track bro, also why are the carbs so low I feel so shit without carbs
Cronometer for tracking. I found it a little better than myfitnesspal in a couple of areas.
For carbs, I try and just make up for it with plenty of protein, but I'm also still trying to cut, and for that aspect carbs are largely uneeded, I make sure I get plenty of energy and fuel and I feel pretty good most of the time. I reckon once I switch to a bulk that differance in calories will probably come from 90% carbs, I don't think any more protein will help that process.

I’ll have a look into that app it seems cool, fair I struggle without carbs have to be over 200 to be able to function in a cut I just put my fats to 40 and feel fine
