Approved Log My Competition Log - SpoonT

I got offered a donut, it's hard to say no to a donut.

I normally enjoy leg isolation day, but I've done something to my knee tendon or flexion or something and leg curls ain't happening and to switch to the lying leg curls and deload significantly. Thankfully no issues on anything other leg exercise, but might have to deload or switch it up for a couple of weeks.

Got home from an evening out and was going to have dessert, but saw my protein on goal and under my calories and I decided to resist and make up for yesterdays donut.

Sounds like your knee’s trying to tell you to something. No point forcing it and turning a tweak into a full-blown injury my bro. Good that you’re still sweet on other leg stuff though. Just work around it, maybe throw in some slow tempo extensions or even bands if needed, keep blood flowing without smashing the joint.

You icing it or running any anti-inflams for it?

Not doing anything in particular for it yet, no soreness or anything outside of it under load, I'll probably just deload anything affected for a couple of weeks.
