Hi everyone, I'm currently taking 1ml/week of Sustanon, 0.8 ml/week of Masteron, and 20 mg/day of Anavar, along with approximately 3 grams of protein per day (with protein powder).

I've been losing weight and gaining muscle, but I feel that my stomach area is getting larger, perhaps more with more muscle as it doesn't seem to be due to bloating. Any clues ?

ok :)

Just guessing here, your ab muscles might be getting bigger without losing the top layer of fat?

or your stack might be messing with your hormones and causing some fat or water gain. Try hitting more cardio, tweak your diet to cut a few calories and drink more water. These small adjustment could make a difference.

For fat loss I use approximately half your dose while carb fasting mornings. The gut will usually gain with building protocols

I was surprised to notice that even though I am clearly losing cm at my waist, I seem to be gaining muscle in the upper part of my abs. This caught me off guard since my workout routine mainly consists of pull-ups, dips, bench presses, and leg presses, nothing abs. I was aiming for a flat stomach.

Don't forget that a lot of exercises activate your core ;)

Core activation involves long holds rather than reps. Check out vacuum holds and Pilates. Some are simple posture/ breathing exercises that can be done anywhere- sometimes with cardio warmups on bike, walking etc .
Difficult to reduce abdominal measurement while building strength/ size as it requires empty stomach. Try again while cutting or cruising on plain cooked food.
