How do I make my stupid calves grow

I suffer from the common calves that can push alot of weight but look like they havent pushed a weight in their life

I am currently on 350mg per week Sus250 and Ive made gains and my calves have a little bit, but still lacking I feel

While on cycle maybe I should up training them twice a week?
On Mondays its leg day and I finish off the workout with 3 sets of calve presses on leg press then 3 x on the seated calve raise
Anyone done similar and got results from previously had lagging calve muscles?

Calves are stubborn and very genetic. Try training them 3 times a week week. Use both straight leg and bent knee work and focus on full stretch and controlled reps. You should progress them like any other muscle. Hit them more often and treat them like a priority not a finisher and you’ll see more change.

Thanks I can def do 2 x a week but will try 3... lol thats hardcore

I noticed asian guys have huge calves and they dont even work out
