First cycle help

Hey lads so just an update I'm at 13 weeks on my first cycle and I feel like I've hit a wall, Not really gaining any muscle or strength and feel flat energy wise, so I've decided to finish my cycle I have some clomid for pct but just curious if its worth doing hcg? I understand every body is different.

Question 2 is I want to start a cut and get rid of my bulking fat, would like to slowly get down to 15-18% bf, what's the best way to achieve this without loosing to much muscle?

Question 3 how long should I wait before starting my next cycle? I was thinking of blasting through winter and start shredding start of spring coming into summer ?

Needles - if you are in Australia and feel comfortable google needle exchange and you can get gov funded needles and disposal

I ordered mine from Amazon
1ml luer lock 25g 1 to 1.5in needle and 18g draw needles

You will need a sharps bin and alcohol wipes

1) PCT isn't an immediate fix. Restoring hormonal balance can take time. I don't recommend doing HCG during PCT its used during the cycle and possibly up to the end of the cycle. HCG helps to maintain the size and function of your balls.

You can do PCT with Clomid or Nolvadex or even bot but would need to focus on a good diet, proper sleep and recovery. These all are needed to support energy levels and mood as your body adjusts.

2) To start getting rid of that fat and water retention, start cutting down your calories slowly. Aim for a slight deficit maybe 300-500 calories a day, and keep your protein intake high. Drink plenty of water and walk 10k to 20k steps a day.

3) Usual rule of thumb is time on = time off

A cruise on lower testosterone dose may be more beneficial than pct .
You can definitely lose weight and increase energy on it -especially if you add a little mast, primo or anavar. I find energy picks up quickly with a cruise- drop a few kilos ( some fluid ) and keep strength training. I didn’t use clomid or hcg for first 20 years of sports cycles and think it’s unlikely that you would require it. It’s handy if you have fertility issues later in life after many years of cycles.
Carb fasted mornings is a good start for weight loss especially if you get extra cardio or HIT training in. You’ll feel 10 years younger once bf gets under 15%. Liver & sugar balance herbs also help everything.
Plenty of weight loss compounds to try if that doesn’t get results but they will also eat some muscle.
3 months on and 3+ off is usually ok with low dose cycles. Restoring Bloodwork into safe ranges is best indicator for how long you need off ( or cruise )
Winter blast /cruise, stop or pct /summer cut or sports cycle sounds like a sensible plan for the year.

Thanks for your detailed reply doc, I decided to just sports cruise for now on 125mg as i plan on blasting again soon, feeling pretty good definitely lost some hp in pushing weights I've added in more cardio and on a deficit, dropped 2kg on the scales but looks like I've lost more maybe just water weight, will have updated blood work tomorrow.
 
Not sure why I'm still so high on low dose ? Ast is also in the red at 40 u/l

Your high test levels could be because of low SHBG. More free test floating around. Stuff like genetics or diet can affect SHBG. That's why you're peaking even on a low dose.
