Hey lads so just an update I'm at 13 weeks on my first cycle and I feel like I've hit a wall, Not really gaining any muscle or strength and feel flat energy wise, so I've decided to finish my cycle I have some clomid for pct but just curious if its worth doing hcg? I understand every body is different.
Question 2 is I want to start a cut and get rid of my bulking fat, would like to slowly get down to 15-18% bf, what's the best way to achieve this without loosing to much muscle?
Question 3 how long should I wait before starting my next cycle? I was thinking of blasting through winter and start shredding start of spring coming into summer ?
