Fatigue on first cycle

Currently on week 7 of my first cycle
I did 250mg of test e per week for first 4 weeks then bumped it up to 500mg of test e per week and have been doing that for the last 2 and a half weeks

My question is has anyone felt severe fatigue while on cycle? To the point where you just want to do nothing all day. Even yesterday while at work I felt super fatigued. My joints were sore and I was meant to train last night but I just went to bed.

For reference I’m 25, 188cm, 114kg
I train 4-5 times a week. All my lifts have gone up. Feeling strong as.
I track my food and have about 2-3 cheat meals a week as I’m on a bulk.
I try and get as much sleep as I can with 2 kids under 4 and being a shift worker.

But yeah just seeing if anyone else has experienced severe fatigue while on cycle.
Wasn’t sure if it had something to do with estrogen. Especially going from 250mg to 500mg a week. I almost want to start taking arimidex to see if I experience any changes. Either that or drop dose back down to 250mg a week for rest of cycle.

Could just need a decent break from the gym for upwards of a week bro, let your body fully recover, especially if you’ve been training hard and heavy consistently, puts a lot of stress on the central nervous system.

Will be tough mentally having to sit it out for a while, but just stick to the rest of the plan with meals etc.

Or alternatively, consider lowering dose slightly to say 400 and see how you feel..

i did have this problem and i started to think the same thing, but i was also on tren, so i wasnt sure if it is the tren, or sleep, or nutrition!
i tried to improve each thing to weed out the problem and it could have been the tren, but better sleep vitamins and staying fasted for the mornings helped me increase energy

I'm on my first cycle too, week 10, 500mg testosterone cypionate per week and I was experiencing the exact same situation as you at around week 7 or 8. I started getting caught up in thinking it was E2 side effects but didn't want to take an AI without getting a blood test first. Ended up taking a couple of days off from the gym then all of a sudden started feeling like a million bucks again. Got blood work done and E2 levels were perfect, so I think I was literally just burnt out from how much harder I'd been going with my workouts.

Could be your body adjusting to the higher dose and estrogen could be playing a role here as well. Taking Arimidex might help balance things out but make sure you don’t crash your estrogen either. Best is getting blood work done to check those levels before making any changes.

You need to understand that the body needs to adapt, very simply put the sauce is doing the work your lifts have gone up etc, however the sauce is not magic, ur body has received an overload training etc, it's normal to feel exhausted, very simple take a couple days off so your body can recharge it's battery and U will be good to go
