Ive needed to find a new spark after years of training so hopefully this will be what I’m looking for

Considering I’m at the age of 48 and have that been broken from tissue to bones and busted up my body that much over the years I still feel pretty good. I’m pushing very hard to make sure I don’t turn into one of those older men who gets overweight.. so I strive for muscle and to stay fit and healthy and Connected with my body.

Question for you, being your size how do you find yourself with speed. Looking at your past fighting days you're much bigger now. Do you find it's slowed you down when sparring now?

That’s a great question, bro!!

To be honest, I didn’t feel like it slowed me down too much but people did comment that they think it did… however the more I thickened up and moved up a weight class I felt much more unstoppable and much more powerful which helped..

Reflexes and reaction time stayed the same. I feel.

However combinations to kicks whereas I’m using the hands to finish with my legs tend to slow down a fraction..

I won 3 titles at light heavyweight, 2 at cruiser weight , and 2 at Heavyweight …

Being heavier %10000 def helped with holding pads for all my fighters an training them up also.

I hit pads a little still but I’ve pulled away from the fight sense bro.. to many heat breaks over people who I cared for an treated like family for something I devoted my life to :/

Thanks bro. Life has been a little bit hectic again for me unfortunately lately but managing to control it and still getting into training brother.
Children moved back in, work stuffing me around, have a new business venture.. a lot happening..

But still getting into the gym and still feeling reasonably alright lads thanks..

Well, all been hitting all the body parts still shoulders and arms yesterday which was a good workout..

Soldier on strong and diet is keeping reasonably good. Had a few ups and downs with a bit of stress and time constraints but still going well with my nutrition.

At the moment for me life‘s just a little bit busy so I’m just trying to make sure I maintain rather than concentrate on building at the moment but as I said with my age, I doubt if I build much more

Brother, you should be proud. You’ve built a tank of a physique. The pics say it all. Holding that size and condition isn’t easy.

Knew something was up. Sounds like you’ve had your hands full brother. New business venture would also be stressing you out. Good luck with it and hope it all goes well for you.

Your training is always a nice mix of volume and classic moves. My 2 cents would be is maybe rotate the order every couple weeks just to keep the stimulus fresh and you can throw in some tempo sets or 21s to break plateaus, but if the joints feel good and the pump's there, keep rolling bro.

Yeh it’s Good suggestion, bro and I agree. I get too stuck in a rut and get to regular so yeh I hear ya bro.. I did come into this competition with all intentions are doing well but just got so much on my plate. It’s ridiculous at the moment. I’m really struggling to deal with it all but that’s life and you got a soldier on.

Appreciate your checking in bro hopefully I can get some normal rhythm back in my life in the coming weeks and I can get back into some good results with my training.

Brother, looking at those stats... that’s a cracker recomp in 2 months. From the start of the comp your up over 4kg while dropping a solid chunk of body fat. 3700 cals at 60% carbs makes sense if you’re pushing big volume and still leaning out 👊💪

Yeah I definitely react well carbohydrates being a natural ectomorph.. volume always big key for me personally as well. I like it. Just why my body reacts better to being pushed harder and more volume rather than going heavier.

Back on the grind guys enjoying the workouts again while still balancing out life, but it is what it is and we soldier on..

Good workout last night with some shoulders and biceps.. shoulders I’ve taken a different approach. I’ve dropped it back to 3 sets but chucked in two more exercises once again aiming for volume and not weight. Has resulted in some really good pumps once again I just got a balance out life a little bit so I can get my Cortizone levels right and get that pump really going.

DB LATERAL RAISE 12-15 reps 3 sets

Food is still reasonably on track. I have had a couple of bad days but eating well cooking up most of my food mainly back on 60% carbs and 40% the rest.
Carbs I’m intaking in the morning and lemonade staying away after 12 o’clock from then

Still taking testosterone, but as we all know there seems to be a bit of shortage of Mast at the moment which I’m gonna be chasing up and doing my best to find some.. worst case scenario I’ll switch over to bold for a little bit.. also throwing little HGH in the mix

Just be mindful of overlapping movements, the military press, Arnold press and front raises all hit front delts hard so you might want to swap one out for more rear delt or trap work to balance things out. With the gear if you switch to Boldonone just keep an eye on bp and hematocrit. They can creep up

my mate has come off so I have pinched a Mast off him .. hahah yay me ..
definitely hearing about overlapping but I make sure I don’t do the same weight as I do with a different exercise. The major movements away is a heavier one and the second movement as a lighter one but that’s well picked up brother and you’re all over it 👌

I definitely need to start hitting some pads again though I’ve been a little bit slack of lately and my temper is getting a better of me, and I don’t even touch tren 😂😂😂
