AK story time ….

I have lots of ups and downs in my career and even more ups and downs actually training and getting prepared for the outcome of a fight I so desperately wanted. The win..

I’ve won some major fights in my life… ones that I’ve been counted down and out and I’ll come back, and won, against all the odds…

But yet to get to that standard I to do the hard yards and take the punishment in, most importantly.. training…

Pushisment, grind, grit and focus ..

This.. all takes time discipline and also the big one…

repetition is the mother to perfection”

Push on lads and ladies and drive hard

Ok… today..

No I don’t have the biggest but I garentee they will break another leg if I kick them lolol.. as all know I have a lot of leg issues due to injury over he years of my career… but the show must go on!!

Just staying light and repping it out. I tend to tweak a lot of old injury’s and I haven’t even gone over 2/10 of the ones I’ve had.. hahahah 🤷‍♂️

BARBELL SQUATS 12-15 reps 5 sets
LEG PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
LEG EXTENSIONS 12-15 reps 5 sets
LYING LEG CURLS 12-15 reps 5 sets
BARBELL LUNGES 30 Reps 1 set

CALF RAISES STANDING 12-15 reps 3 sets

I never really doing enjoy legs, but I have to persist with them to try and get some strength and growth back in my body .. as I said I haven’t got the greatest legs but they do the job when time gets tough and I need Ram them Home if you get what I’m saying 😜😜

Just for some fun I’ll put some injury photos after fights in here to haha

Still running the same with test e and mast ..

enjoy our workouts guys

Ak story time…

I’ve had a lot of questions over the years about what I use for building or performance.. I get a lot of questions about what I’ve done, how my diet is shaped, little tips and tricks of what I might do.. and a bunch of other questions I can’t think of either..

BUT!!!

When it all comes down to it is only one key element to all of the above and it’s a very very simple.. “Consistency”

When I was training harder, I would consistently train 2/3 times a day Monday to Saturday.. no miracle to it, no special enhancement, no special food and no special drugs..

Just good old patience along with the consistency!

Take your time out there guys n girls… if you’re young things will develop and things will come along providing you stick to the game plan..

Peace

Everyone’s chasing shortcuts brother or some secret sauce, but you're right.. it's consistency that separates the serious from the casuals. Big reminder to trust the process and stay locked in. 👊

Hello how we going a little bit of time off due to the fact that I’ve just had a few troubles with my Doggo and a few family issues so sorry it’s been a little bit of a delay..

Everything is going good with my training and everything is going also good with my diet so far.. little bit of stress does tend to stuff things up a little bit but pushing on regardless as normal.

Training..👇
Training has been steady. I’m still getting my six days a week but two of those days it is a lighter day where I just work on one exercise per body part part
All the other days I have my 5 to 6 exercises per body part..

Been feeling pretty good lately I have my ups and downs with my body filling out, but then sometimes I miss a meal due to work and I really feel the pinch of missing that meal
Had to stick to the grind though and make sure I’m eating well..

Great post AK. Sure sounds like you’re managing well despite the setbacks. Your training structure is smart. I'm a strong believer in balancing heavy and lighter days it helps recovery and progress and nutrition consistency is always key imo. Those supplements you’re using look great as well but that bike is offtap brother!

AK Story…

Everyone talks about cardio and how good it is which I do agree. It’s a great tool to have and a great useful thing for burning body fat.

I’ve had a lot of experience in sports and exercise in different things such as sports training and even outdoors training but I still say to this day that you cannot beat “Thai boxing.”

You can really push your heart rate and can get it up extremely high so it’s quite amazing.. and all that, while you’re also using everybody part and every muscle group in your body, that’s possible..

And this is only while your hitting the pads to!!

Moral of the story.
If you’re looking for an extreme or very good cardio workout, look no further than Thai boxing. You won’t regret it! also learning some self defence as well!

Back on the run again today this time shoulders..

Now… so I did a different type of training that I designed myself today. It’s what I call “the merry-go-round”
What it consists of his three types of movements..
A push, a pull and a lift..

Let me show my exercises what I did and I will make more sense but I highly suggest you give this guys a go as the pump is unreal

BARBELL SHOULDER PRESS
LATERAL RASIES
REAR DELT CABLE PULLS
MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS
MACHINE FRONT DELT RASIES
BENT OVER DUMBELL REAR DELT RASIES
—All exercises are 4 sets of 12 reps—

As I was saying, I find the pump is absolutely amazing and can really feel the blood pushing into the shoulders

So yeah, it’s a lot of reps, but obviously I don’t go major heavy and it’s about reps and pushing the blood in..

Food is back on point again which I’m happy with and as we all know I love my supplements a lot of protein a lot of herbal mushrooms and also my greens too

IMG_9370.jpeg

Starting to get a few aches and pains again now and getting back into my full rhythm of training, so I’m gonna be going back on BPC very soon..
I really think it’s a great product a highly suggested it!

Okay guys, enjoy your training and hope you have a good day!

That’s an interesting setup man.. I like it. You ever try swapping the order mid way through to hit the delts from a different fatigue angle? Curious if that would change the pump or overall feel. Definitely looks like a killer volume session either way.

Hey brother, yeah I’ll definitely each time I rotate. I change it to a different exercise with a different angle every time so yeah, I do think that’s a much better approach and like it bro👌
