Back to it again lads..
Chest and Bi’s..

Still pushing along and struggling with sickness I can’t get over this bloody influenza, which is driving me crazy, but I’m still soldiering on making sure I eat well, upping my multivitamins obviously also using an IV a bit to flush it out too.

All in all was a fair solid routine, but with this sickness, I’m also off my food a little bit too which has caught me by surprise. Trying to up my carbs to combat it but will see how we go.

i’m still running my Test and Mast, but with this sickness at the moment I’m not sure how it’s gonna run but as I said, I’m still pushing on..

Food is reasonably good, but I just have absolutely no appetite at the moment so I’m trying to shove it down my throat

Just gota do what I’ve always said..

AK’s story time …

I’m my old career, When I had a massive fight coming up… like a big fight, like world title or intercontinental Title or something like that, I used to date my fight and count to it down..

In doing that what I had was a keyword on every date that would help me motivate myself every single day and keep me driving towards my goal ..
Here is a picture of it …. (Below)

I would stand and stare at the mirror and look at the keyword for the day and focus on it before I went training..

As you’re known no matter what sports you’re doing it’s good to have a goal to set and a reason and a purpose to wake up each morning and get out there and do it! This was one key thing that helped drive me and focus me beating my opponent

It’s a good idea if anyone struggling to keep focus and motivated and I suggest you give it a go boys

Good Sunday spent well with good people, good food and a good workout..
Spent the morning basically training everything again because it’s the weekend way I approach things..
Once again picking one exercise for each body part and just working my way through it all enjoying morning enjoying the sunshine up here in Queensland and the warm weather..


Smith Machine Bench press
Lat pull downs
Machine lateral raises
Bicep curls
Tricep push downs
Calf raises
Leg extensions

All 5 sets 12/14 reps


I never really take anything on the weekends. It’s always my break from it all whether it be orals or I don’t pin on the weekend either. Weekends always let my body reset.

Once again, it was a good day enjoyed the workout and went and had a good couple of feeds after it. Also had good walk in the sun for my cardio also on the Sunday.

extremely Jealous of your weather, great selection for a nice full body workout for end of the week. glad some of us got some sun for their weekend! 😜
 
Had a few people inbox me of late with a few struggles with their training, also a little bit going on in their lives and basically things not quite going their way..
Coming from a myself, a world champion that’s been through the absolute ringer.. divorcement and going broke, being plastered all over national news for things that weren’t true. Criticised at times of my fight technique and also receiving a tonne of harsh inboxes it all makes for one thing…

Prove them wrong and go ****ing harder and stronger 👊👊

I’m back on the grind last night so a little bit of shoulders well heavy shoulders and some biceps to go with it..
Good little combination and I feel a good pump and feel very full after work out like that so I enjoy it

Looks like I finally got over this influenza which is great and I’m running all my stuff as per normal again now so I’m feeling good

Happy with the workout good pumps starting to fill back out and after being sick..

1ml Mast
HGH 2iu daily

Starting to get my appetite back too which is really good and eating well again so hopefully forward we go
