Chest and Bi’s..
Still pushing along and struggling with sickness I can’t get over this bloody influenza, which is driving me crazy, but I’m still soldiering on making sure I eat well, upping my multivitamins obviously also using an IV a bit to flush it out too.
All in all was a fair solid routine, but with this sickness, I’m also off my food a little bit too which has caught me by surprise. Trying to up my carbs to combat it but will see how we go.

i’m still running my Test and Mast, but with this sickness at the moment I’m not sure how it’s gonna run but as I said, I’m still pushing on..
Food is reasonably good, but I just have absolutely no appetite at the moment so I’m trying to shove it down my throat
Just gota do what I’ve always said..
