10 minute walks after all 4 meals max incline moderate pace

Morning fasted weight: 81.1kg

(Weight dropped slightly. I’m assuming because yesterday was a rest day with lower calories)

Trying slightly lighter weight with higher good quality reps for chest. Was able to get a good connection and finished with a nice pump!

Looking to increase my water intake a bit. Have been hitting around 4-5 litres lately but aiming for 5-6 litres moving forward especially whilst running EQ.
