That setup is fine bro. With that split and the gear you're running, you’re good to smash out the 3 days back to back. Just make sure your food is clean and you’re eating enough to stay fuelled. That gives your body time to recover without losing momentum. No need to rest between days unless you're feeling run down or your joints are copping it. If you're still sore or cooked, take a break but otherwise, 3 on, 1 off is sweet.
