Some advice on rest days

Current program is

Chest and triceps
Back and biceps
Legs and shoulders

Should I rest between each day or rest at the end of the three days?

5 meals per day
150-200g protein per day
40mg Anavar per day
440mg Test C per week
 
That setup is fine bro. With that split and the gear you're running, you’re good to smash out the 3 days back to back. Just make sure your food is clean and you’re eating enough to stay fuelled. That gives your body time to recover without losing momentum. No need to rest between days unless you're feeling run down or your joints are copping it. If you're still sore or cooked, take a break but otherwise, 3 on, 1 off is sweet.
 
Recovery shouldn’t be an issue short term. The bigger picture is managing fatigue over months. Rotate intensity like some weeks push hard some weeks ease back so to keep your joints, tendons and CNS fresh. That’s what keeps you progressing long term.

Its sort of similar to my training days, i do a sort of Push, Pull, Legs rest Upper, lower Rest

on my Push days i train biceps and on my pull days I do Triceps - Reason i went this is when push training my tri already get stimulation and when doing pull my bi already get some simulation so I reversed the arm focus.
