Hey I’m currently 17 weeks into a test cycle was running 500 a week now down to 300, the reason for dropping I’ve been getting terrible night sweats where I’m waking up absolutely drenched so I presume that’s from the test ? I had my blood work done and everything has come back good except for exceptionally low iron which I couldn’t conclude why it was so low considering iron intake a week. Any help would be appreciated? What should i do

One of the first supplements my trt clinic told me to get was iron tablets

Testosterone injection will strip the iron from your blood.

Increase iron supplement or as gp for an infusion to boost your level

I’m due for an infusion, however I’m still concerned about the night sweats as they are literally getting out of hand like I’m talking the entire bed becomes a pool. Also my blood pressure with not much activity is always at a high level

Night sweats could be related to your test cycle. Not uncommon to experience increased sweating especially at higher dosages. Dropping it down might help.

Regarding the low iron levels, could be absorption issues. I do know vitamin C can help improve the absorption so you might want to include more of that in your diet. Also, the increase of blood pressure is a known side of high test levels, so keep an eye on that.

I’ve usually had & seen the opposite effect with Anabolics. 500mg would explain the sweating but low iron might need a bit more experimentation. B12 shots , EQ and red meat usually biuild the red blood. Some liver herbs & BP / thinning meds lower it. Spleen likes sweet root vegetables ( usually orange ones in soup or stu ) so it might be worth a try. I would cruise with a little EQ for a month or two then re- test and seek medical advice if things don’t stabilise
