Ok, how many old school blokes/ladies do we have on here. I have noticed quite a few old boys that competed way back seem to be making comebacks, I’m one of them
I’ll start, I last competed in 2004 when I won the masters IFBB Australian. I competed 17 times during my competitive career. Yes, I won masters 20 years ago, and here I am again. I just turned 63 and am planning on competing next year ( it was to be this year but I tore my left tricep off the bone, at work) so that was 7 months I couldn’t train upper body pretty well.
You don’t have to be competing, just interested how many over say 40 we have here, still training and living the lifestyle.
