That's so true. I reckon PEDS have become too primary nowadays and people don't mull over the diet/training.I'm 54, been training since I was 14 years old, the one thing I never did is put PED for First, main priority till today is training and eating etc PEDS is secondary, like the cherry on the top so to speak, I remember many mates would not train without gear, not me gear or no gear I'm at the gym every Day, gym eat sleep repeat,
