Well, slowly getting back into the regimen with training. Finding the balance had been little tough of late with lot of life going on but we getting there..

I just come back after some time of training so my conditioning has slipped a little bit but not too much. Main thing is “we grindin”

BARBELL ROW 12 reps 4 sets
WIDE GRIP LAT PULDOWN 12 reps 4 sets
T-BAR ROWS 12 reps 4 sets
SEATED CABLE ROW (WIDE) 12 reps 4 sets
STRAIGHT BAR CURLS 12 reps 4 sets
SEATED DUMBELL CURLS 12 reps 4 sets
HAMMER CURLS 12 reps 4 sets
STANDING CALF RAISE 12 reps 4 sets

Big work out, but I was pretty pumped to get back into gym.
Took a week off everything as I do sometimes but back to it all this week .

AK47, all those years of competing most guys stop training and let go of themselves. You've done the opposite man. I can imagine the hard work and dedication involved to keep your physique like that, very impressed. 🤝

Well, I’m not not sure report guys. I’ve still been staying steady and consistent.
However, my diet has slipped a little bit but that is also due to me trying to put some weight on at the moment and bulking up.
My definition is usually there like it is, but the size still is which will be the first part of the problem or building blocks to work with and then I’ll work on coming down..

All in all, another good workout just gotta get back to consistent eating and enjoy my workouts and not getting frustrated with them

Changed it up for a weekend ..
Had a few drinks on Friday so I got in today and just went whole body. 5 sets on every body part with not much rest. Great to change it up

LEG EXTENSIONS
SIDE LATERAL RASIES
SEATED CLOSE GRIP ROWS
HAMSTRING CURLS
CALF RAISES
ABS

I’ve rolled a really good workout and good sweat out and enjoyable process for a weekend..
now to sit down and watch some boxing fights for the day 👌

Mixing it up like that is a perfect way to sweat it out. I also do those after a food binge :rolleyes:😂
 
Mid cycle into the grove..
Going through my standard workout tofay of legs.
Once again as anyone that follows me knows my legs are banged up and damaged from the years of pro fighting but slowly building again..

LEG EXTENSIONS 12-15 reps 5 sets
LYING LEG CURLS 12-15 reps 5 sets
BARBELL LUNGES
30 Reps 1 set
CALF RAISES STANDING 12-15 reps 3 sets
CALF RAISES SEATING 12-15 reps 3 sets

As I said nothing to be wow about but I’m happy because my legs are starting to get some strength back after working through 18 years of fighting pain in my knees and ankles

Diet is back and running smooth

Leg day looks brutal in all the right ways. Curious- are you doing anything specific for joint support (like UC-II, collagen, peptides, etc.) or just relying on smart training and time?

Yeh I take BPC and TB peptides (Wolverine mix)
Which is one of the reasons I’m moving ok again bro. Been little difficult after having my kneed shins and ankles booted in and me kicking people as well for so many years bro..

Try to train smart still so not heavy more reps to bro.
