Okay the weekend see you soon. A little bit of a different outset on training today going back to some good old kettle bells.

I designed this routine awhile ago so if you would like to try it, You’re more than welcome to as I used to put it in my online training programs.

It’s always good to go back to your roots especially when your body is asking for a little bit of a change give it a bit of a shake up..

Round 1 Goblet Squat Pushup on the Bell 2-Arm Swing 15sec

She’s a pretty brutal routine so if you want to give it a go, go for it. I’d love to get some people’s feedback on it as I know what I do. It destroys me. Lol

Love how you’re mixing up the kettlebell moves I reckon it's always good to change things up. The goblet squats are underrated man. I need to bring them back in.

I’m enjoying it after a week off, being back in the gym as I feel refocus. I’m pushing my workouts hard which is good also. Feels good..

Hey bro, have you had experience with Winstrol? I've done Anavar and Tbols in the past but now tossing between Winstrol orals or the injectable version.

What's your experience with oral compounds?

I’ve had anavar and Winstrol both in oral, no problem of any but I use liver tabs and IV myself also bro
 
Well back in the gym I have another week off due to work commitments just too busy and too tired. Coming home from work after 12 hour days and working both Saturday and Sundays killed me but the road Recovery is good and the road to back into my grind is good also and I don’t think I’ve lost too much.

Also, I’ve been using meythale blue and been amazing thing to have along with my extra training.. more focused more determined. This product is very underrated.
