Training Schedule:
I train 5-6 days a week, focusing on a mix of heavy lifting and cardio I'll focus on one muscle group a day with the large muscle and 2 muscle groups with the smaller muscles I usually do 20-30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio to help with fat loss. On rest days, I stay active with light mobility work or walking to keep things moving without overtraining. I'll be attempting to gain lean muscle with stripping some body fat
Diet Overview:
Aiming to lose body fat. My diet plan is simple:high protein, moderate carbs, and healthy fats. I will focus on consuming lean meats, whole grains, and plenty of vegetables. I plan to start the day with egg whites and oats, have grilled chicken or fish with vegetables for meals, and include protein shakes post-workout. I'll be sticking to whole foods, staying hydrated, and keeping cheat meals to a minimum.

I'm in good health maybe a little unfit I haven't done a cycle in 3 almost 4 years
As Ive been away on a extended holiday so I'm hoping for some good progress
