Nolvadex - 2 weeks after last injection

Weeks 15/16- 40 mg every day

Weeks 17/18- 20 mg every day

Training Schedule:

I train 5-6 days a week, focusing on a mix of heavy lifting and cardio I'll focus on one muscle group a day with the large muscle and 2 muscle groups with the smaller muscles I usually do 20-30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio to help with fat loss. On rest days, I stay active with light mobility work or walking to keep things moving without overtraining. I'll be attempting to gain lean muscle with stripping some body fat


Diet Overview:

Aiming to lose body fat. My diet plan is simple:high protein, moderate carbs, and healthy fats. I will focus on consuming lean meats, whole grains, and plenty of vegetables. I plan to start the day with egg whites and oats, have grilled chicken or fish with vegetables for meals, and include protein shakes post-workout. I'll be sticking to whole foods, staying hydrated, and keeping cheat meals to a minimum.


health status:

I'm in good health maybe a little unfit I haven't done a cycle in 3 almost 4 years

As Ive been away on a extended holiday so I'm hoping for some good progress

Welcome to the forum brother, it's good that your getting back into it again. With your stack, I'd say stick with the suss as its been a while. Tren is an animal and could be a bit overwhelming for a first cycle back. Your goal should be to really focus on dialing in your diet and increasing cardio to shred some fat while the cycle runs.

I would also get your bloods done before you start anything. 👊

Focus on a high protein diet and time your carbs around workouts for energy. Stay consistent with your meals, hydrate well and really limit your cheat meals. Stick with this simple plan and you'll see results.
