Awesome work, consistency wins, just sucks when you're not feeling good.
Very true, I feel like I could definitely go harder on the cut but would absolutely be more miserable. Plan is to stay the course and keep trucking on. I think I need to rethink about what I need to do on my weekend/rest days. Some good numbers there! Just be mindful not to go too hard when droppoing cals, it can mess with your energy, recovery and even cost you muscle if you’re not careful. Fast cutting looks good on the scale but can sometimes backfire with tiredness, weaker lifts or cravings. But you're doing awesome, just remember slow and steady![]()
On rest days just keep your protein high, get your steps in and don’t let recovery slip. Even a 30min walk helps with fat loss and keeps things ticking. Don’t overthink it. rest days at the moment look a like like 140-150g of protein instead of the usual 200g, calories a bit all over the place but try to keep them <2500 like my other days, I just relax about my macros a bit, and I try and get a decent walk in.On rest days just keep your protein high, get your steps in and don’t let recovery slip. Sweet, sounds like you're pretty close already. I’d just aim to keep the protein near your usual 200g. That’s what keeps the muscle on, especially while cutting. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just consistent. Calories under 2500 is fine. Walks are spot on, good for recovery and keeps fat loss ticking.rest days at the moment look a like like 140-150g of protein instead of the usual 200g, calories a bit all over the place but try to keep them <2500 like my other days, I just relax about my macros a bit, and I try and get a decent walk in.
1/4 ml twice a week, so about 60mg.Nice, what was your dosage?
125mg x 2 injections (250mg) was the original plan, but after doing my blood test and my test being significantly lower than expected I ended up going down the TRT route with a clinic. I do have some test from Oz Steroids and I'm thinking of waiting out the first 6-week blood test and maybe bumping up to 125mg twice a week for a cycle before the next clinic blood test. Depending on how things go.Just reading your cycle, is this "250mg Test E twice a week for 12 weeks" 125mg x 2 injections (250mg) or 250mg x2 injections (500mg).
Did you get your blood tests at start? If so what was your test level? Depending on the dose above you might not notice any change.
120 a week, should put me up just under 950 free test.So you're on only 60mg a week for TRT? I hope that's a mistake, as you'll likely have lower levels than when you started.
But yes, don't run increased dosages whilst you're just starting your TRT journey. Get everything dialled in and settled then consider it.
And I'm hoping that considering my blood were at <200 I should feel a lot better120 a week, should put me up just under 950 free test.
