Gooood volume on quads and glutes AND a 16 week streak, proving consistency is working (y)

Only thing I’d say is maybe throw in a second chest movement if you want to really push upper or mid pec. Something like incline DBs or cable flys? But overall it's 👌
The least I can do is be consistent 💪
Chest gets hit again on Wednesdays with more isolation stuff.
 
Another good workout. So happy to finally have pull-ups properly in my rotation now. Was also happy to see that I've tracked my food for over a year now. 💪
