Received my insulin pens, needles and cartridges from my brother. Ordered BAC water from premium supplements. He sells that too, costs him £0.45 for 10ml in a vial. Absolute joke how much it sells for. Didn’t think get him to send that to me with the pens. He told me to be really careful if importing bac water from
I ordered some today from Premium Supps. Agree with you on the pricing :)
 
8 weeks 5 days since my last Retatrutide injection, and seems like my weight is bouncing back quickly. I feel like I'm filling back out, so hopefully this is just water and glycogen being refilled from higher carbs. Really wish I had taken my DXA scan now. Well I know next time to take my next scan 8 weeks after my cut especially with Reta to make sure it's out my system and glycogen has been restored.

Going to try and stick to a very lean bulk, will be sad to say goodbye to my abs, but hoping I can get 1.5kg growth.

You would have gone down a few belt notches since the start of the year!

I am already planning my reverse diet. Lean bulk is the way to go...increase the cals - carbs, when weight stalls.
 
Well my kevlar motorbike jeans were a bit loose, in fairness would have likely just came off in an accident. Didn't want to have to buy a new pair!

That's the idea, will try the same, my only reservation with the lean bulk is that I'm likely not getting the full amount out of the Deca cycle.

Well no gym for me today, to be honest it was pure lazyness as I just couldn't be ****d. Nothing but problems today and just didn't have the right mindset so did cardio instead.

Up at 4:30 for MMA, get to the gym and water is pouring through the ceiling and the mats had started being taken up. I stayed for hour helping get all the mats up, I wouldn't be surprised if there was $100k in mats, so needed them all upright out of the way to drain and hope they don't go mouldy.

Forgot my kid was to be in school early, woke him up, breakfast in the car drop him off and realise I left his backpack in the garage. Back home and back to school.

Start making my breakfast and realise our pool was overflowing and the water had turned green. Have since discovered the pool drains to the outside soil under the decking so once that floods the pool can't drain. Stupid pool builders.

Anyway decided to stick an episode of Fallout on TV and spend an hour on the trainer with my mind switched off. I've only been on 300mg test for a week, but thought that would have been enough to give me more of the needed kick up the ass.

Sounds like you've had better days! That pool issue sound like a bloody nightmare.

Ohno, that wouldn't end well 😂

My thought process is you can only gain a certain amount of lean tissue whilst in a cal surplus, so its unneccessary to push the cals too high too quickly. I'm thinking I'll reverse diet and only increase cals once the scales stop going up. My last bulk, in hindsight, I was pushing in too many carbs when my insulin sensitivity was shot.

Yeah I'll try what you suggest and just slowly increase until I stop gaining, do you just use the avearage weekly value of the 7 day average?
Not sure about that, but trying to get the last few % of BF off has made me rethink my bulking strategy for next time 😂

Yeah, I use the average weekly, but I travel for work in the winter months and TBH get a bit slack taking daily weight measurements. When I'm at home for sure....
 
@Fletch Elliot Yeah same dilemma I faced. Too much fat to lose and too long being in a deficit which was affecting my training. Hoping to keep to 12-13%.

I’m really struggling with motivation at the moment. Not sure if it’s the 4:30am starts, as I’ve been doing 45-60 on the trainer every morning to try and increase my cardio, especially as starting cycle.

Good session, the hack squat is going to be a slow burner to go up the weight. Bloody tough the cybex one.

Haven’t been so consistent weighing myself last couple of weeks. I’ve been getting ready in the other bathroom to not wake the mrs up. Just need to put the scales in there.

Off to see a couple of guys from my gym fight tonight. Feel like this could be a long night with 15 fights. Times like this makes me wish I was 20 years younger.

You guessed it. Naked burrito for lunch.

Good to hear from you @Skays yeah only had one bad day, struggled a bit with fluids in the morning frequently. Had to give up my typical 800ml protein shake for a few weeks. My wife however was absolutely fine. My issue was more the duration, I'll just make sure on this bulk I do it very slowly so I don't have as much fat to lose. But ovbsioulsy I probably won't quite get as much muscle tissue. I'll give it a try and see how it compares.

My HGH has arrived, planning now to start this 5-6 weeks into Deca cycle, time to give me saturation to make sure all is good before throwing something else in to my body.

One of those early morning MMA sessions which ruined me. Took a bit off my weights for today, suppose it still has the same affect.

Still not there on the hack squat, amazing how much harder it is then back squatting. But I can get through them in half the time. Pros and cons.

Good news I'm no longer a single Dad, wife is back after her 4 day work trip. I have the upmost respect for single parents after this.
