Hi Guys, originally invited here by GearManiac onto this forum and wanted to share my log journal here as well. Hoping you guys can help me along this journey.

These are my stats:
Currently on TRT (250mg a week)
Height: 175cm
Weight: 103kg
Age: 38

Past Cycles: 3
Test, Winstrol , clen

Proposed Cycle: 16 weeks
500mg Test E
200mg EQ
50 mg Anavar

My Goal:
Hit 90kg, and lose 10kg (hopefully body fat)

Foods:
Currently on 3000 calories a day
Will lower to 2500 calories per day once I hit my cycle.

P.S. I did buy some winny and clen, thinking I might use them but I don't think I will use it for this cycle. I had var and eq on-hand so I will be using them instead... if you guys think I should swap let me know your thoughts :)

Typical Meals for a day:

Meal 1:
100 g chicken breast
half a pita bread
nando perinaise sauce
250 calories

meal 2:
chicken wrap
70g chicken breast
half a pita bread
nando perinaise sauce
250 calories

meal 3
Lamb Kofta Wrap
half a pita bread
80g kufta lamb
with capsicum
250 calories

meal 4
100g white rice
150g kofta lamb
100 g white potato
650 calories

Meal 5:
1 Pita bread
120 g chicken breast
15g mayonaise
450 calories
 
Yesterdays Gym Workout:

WEDNESDAY
(CHEST + ARMS)

excercise 1: Triple superset
1.Dumbell shoulder press
15 reps

2.Tricep dumbel extention
behind head
15 reps

3.seated bicep curls
10 reps

Excercise2: superset

Preacher curl (biceps)
3 x sets 15 reps

Dip machine
3 sets 15 reps

Excercise 3:

Millitary shoulder press
2 x sets (10 reps)
2 x sets (6 reps) heavy

excercise 4: (superset)

Tricep pushdown
straight bar
15 reps x 3 sets

+

bicep hammer curls
dumbells
15 reps 3 sets

excercise 5:

Rear delts flys machine

4 x sets 15 reps

Excercise 6:
side lateral raisers machine
x 3 sets 15 reps

Nice to start seeing these journals come in. I would increase the EQ to 400mg brother.
