Have been on the road for a work trip over the last few days. Had to present at a conference today. Was a good one, the brain cognition felt better than the presentation I did on the Tuesday of peak week 🤯

Got in a push workout yesterday morning with my daughter, before I left. It was a quickish session with a heap of gym goers pre work/school, but got a mega pump with extra post-show carbs still floating around the system. See attached image.
