A little sweet, could probably drop the condensed oat milk by 1/4 or 1/3 of the container to make it less sweet
 
so back in to the swing of things missed adding few blogs last week as was flat out and trying to get in the routine of new workout and diet plans and adding all this in to the coaching program - plus schools back and yeah life just got hectic.

Any way Monday is stabbing day with all things going back down to TRT - 50mg of Test E supplied by @gearmaniac101 and just to keep a bit of fun as love the mood boost it give 600mg of L Carnitine

Hit Saturday legs yesterday with a 5am workout

Was hit up by a friend if they could join and to my surprise they were on time wahoo

Was pretty excited hitting a PB of 180kg for 4 reps on the hack quart

Have been working hard to get strong on hacks and I dont like Barbell squats

So today I spent almost an hour if attempting the skipping challange realising skipping is stupid hard

My big mate Aaron has been feeling bit flat and down of late so we planned a deadlift party 🥳 workout in the morning

Always some fun as his more of a powerlifter focus the training and rests are very different but a great social time

With some great laughs and banter along way and a lot of pushing each other heavier and harder.

Hit a few great PB today one being 190kg for 3 reps on deadlift feel I could have got a 4th but just played safe
