As in haven't every required an Ai as yet touch wood I had asked fir recommendations around what to get on hand and arimidex came out as best option

Why are you recommending Noval, what side would it be balancing and what dose is normally used ?

Why are you recommending Noval, what side would it be balancing and what dose is normally used ?
So Arimidex is great,stops estrogen from building up.

Nolva’s more for when gyno starts creeping in... like itchy or puffy nips or you feel a little lump coming up. It doesn’t lower estrogen, it just blocks it from binding to the receptors in your chest. That’s why it works well when you catch gyno early. Standard is 20mg a day to shut it down and reverse it if you’re on it quick.

Always good to have on hand, especially if you're running Tren or stacking high test.
 
Today had to leave the comfort of my home office to go to work 5.5hr drive to Mildura so decided best thing to do was chuck in a 4am gym sesh to ensure I didnt just become a fatty sitting in the car all day

Pre bloods before trt clinic bloods

Ok so got my bloodwork back

From jan 1 to 1st April
My cycle was
250mg test e and 150mg masteron Per week
5mg cialis daily

1st April I dropped the masteron and test back to 150mg per week

During cycle and now I feel good no negative sides effect no sensitivity nips, or boobs growing or non functioning **** or water retention or mood change



Good cholesterol is bit low so need to add some good fats to diet or some fish oils
Red blood still bit high so will need to keep donating bloods

Today marks a very special day for me. It is my gym birthday 🎂 today marks 12 months on being in the gym and making a change in my life.. next month will be 12 months with my trt clinic and getting my testosterone back.

I have never felt so good in my entire life. For my entire life I thought the gym bro community was super judgemental and exclusive to only those elite guys but I have found such an outstanding level of support and encouragement from this community i judged so hard myself.

I can remember the day I parked my car (still park my car in exactly same spot each workout) and walked in to derrimut 24 and paid up front for 12 months making a commitment on that day i was going to change my life.

Walking through the gate for first time looking around at this huge gym full of fit and strong people - do I really fit in here? Where can I hide, these people dont want me here. I walked around looking like a bird which just flew in to a glass door no clue where to start or what to do.

My first workout I felt so weak as I watched 16yr sarm goblins lifting 3 times my max while flexing with their friends for instagram but I pushed through and eventually found this forum and this blog and now we are here.

So a massive thank you to all of my fellow gym bros ( think I can call myself one now) for your support, keeping me accountable and guidance. I couldn't do it without you guys and believe if I can do it anyone can.

My next big goal is an ambitious finishing in the top 3 for the 1 June body transformation comp. Gonna be an exciting 17weeks of my life

Today wife is taking youngest to birthday party at 9, i am taking eldest to a rock climbing party at 10:30 then we got a family birthday party in afternoon before the wife is going out for her friends birthday dinner

You know what this means, yup 4am alarm and off to the gym so I can be pumped and swol for the other mummies at the birthday 🎂 party yeah boi.

What a morning
School photo day so teenage daughter running around in crisis mode like the world is falling apart all cause her hair isnt hairing or something
