As in haven't every required an Ai as yet touch wood I had asked fir recommendations around what to get on hand and arimidex came out as best option

Why are you recommending Noval, what side would it be balancing and what dose is normally used ?

So Arimidex is great,stops estrogen from building up.

Nolva’s more for when gyno starts creeping in... like itchy or puffy nips or you feel a little lump coming up. It doesn’t lower estrogen, it just blocks it from binding to the receptors in your chest. That’s why it works well when you catch gyno early. Standard is 20mg a day to shut it down and reverse it if you’re on it quick.

Always good to have on hand, especially if you're running Tren or stacking high test.
 
Today had to leave the comfort of my home office to go to work 5.5hr drive to Mildura so decided best thing to do was chuck in a 4am gym sesh to ensure I didnt just become a fatty sitting in the car all day
