Hi guys

quick introduction, am just an average 41yr dad. Found over Covid lockdown i total disregarded my health and found myself drinking far to much. Gave up the drinking in August of 2023 and haven't touched a drop again. After 10months of not drinking i found my body still was not recovering I no body weight came off, i still felt sluggish and tired so decided to get a blood test done. I choose the BB4 Sport test via I medical. the results came back showing I had a test level of 4.7nmol/L and a free test of 109 pmol/L

this began my journey down the road of TRT and really trying to understand how to become a fit healthy Dad

Starting weight on 5th May 2024 - 106.6kg
Current Weight: 99.3kg as of 19th September 2024

Training Experience:

Started taking my health seriously in May 2024


Cycle Stack:
No so much a stack, currently 2 IM injections of 0.3ml 250mg/ml TEST E per week
5mg tadafinal every other day

Diet Overview:
Have cut all fast food and pre packaged foods. leaving me with eating whole foods meat, eggs, veg and Max's shred system powder


Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
training is mornings 7 to 8am start, 3 days per week MWF and i try add in an extra day if i feel great
Standard pull push legs split
min 10k steps per day but have been pushing 15k steps since adding a walking pad to my home office.

Goal: Be a ripped dad to scare off the crusty musty boys who will want to take my daughters out

I am currently only using test E (250mg/ml) 2 IM injection per week of 0.3ml

I was thinking of adding in some anavar to help the dry look and lean out bit more

Ok nice. Adding Anavar's a good option. It's one of the mildest orals and great for cutting. Have you used it before?

I have not, I was thinking after lots of reading starting with a 20mg daily dose sublingual in the morning

However I am open to suggestions and recommendations

There's probably different opinions here :) but I think 20mg is on the lower end. Most guys run 30 to 50mg for 6-8 weeks. An option is to do 50mg for 6 weeks.

Yeah I thought 20mg was on lower side, I read it's better to split the dosage over two daily?
So maybe I am better doing 15/15mg morning and evening?
 
Ideally I think you should wait to get down to 15%. It makes it worthwhile running the var. Splitting the dose is good to keep bloods stable.

Also add liver support to your diet like a NAC, Milk Thistle.

Still dieting hard at moment on 1750 to 1950 cal per day with macro of protein 50% / fats 25% / carbs 25%

Besides protine shake all whole foods meat veg and egg
 
After being on quick weekend getaway its back in to trainig and diet.

after gym breakfast
200g egg white
1 microwave cup of basmati rice
Sugar free Ayam sweet 🌶 sauce
Maxs shred system chocolate shake with water

so quick update being school holiday got my little **** trophies at home and Wife working so throws out my morning routine of Gym after school drop off. I am not a massive fan of training at night as finds it effects my sleep so will be focusing on my steps and some light resistance band work between working from home and looking after the kids.

Weight in this morning at 96.1kg

Diet yesterday (1595 Calories 289g protein 48g carbs 25g fat )
  • Breakfast
    • 0.3ml of Test E and 5mg Tadalafil
    • 150g Egg white with 20g light tasty cheese
    • max;s shred system chocolate protein with water
  • after breakfast meal
    • 250g prawns
    • max's shred system chocolate protein with water
  • Lunch
    • 200g chicken breast steak soy bbq
    • 86g asparagus
  • dinner
    • Asian style salad kit - 100g
    • 280g chicken breast steak soy bbq
  • after dinner
    • double serve max's anabolic night protein with water
